Abstract STUDY QUESTION Can we develop a preconception lifestyle programme for couples undergoing IVF that is in line with their needs. SUMMARY ANSWER A mobile was systematically developed based on expert opinion, literature and needs of IVF-patients. WHAT IS KNOWN ALREADY healthy prior to conception not only beneficial the general health couples, but evidence its importance reproductive children also emerging. So far, vast majority fertility clinics do offer IVF. Therefore, present study aimed IVF-couples. DESIGN, SIZE, DURATION The development PreLiFe-programme guided by steps Medical Research Council (MRC) framework developing complex interventions, systematic approach theory- evidence-based promotion interventions. PARTICIPANTS/MATERIALS, SETTINGS, METHODS First, base programmes IVF-couples reviewed.
