One of the recent developments taken place due to evolution technology is FinTech. The operations FinTech instruments across various sectors have brought benefits all around. There are several that been launched in market recently. Out them, two most prominent ones involve use P2P lending and Crowdfunding as a source funding among businesses. Therefore, this study an attempt conduct systematic review on these wants draw feasibility its application into Medium Small Micro Enterprises along with start-ups evolving developing country like India. considers detailed 40 articles, 20 which correspond each type instrument. looks number different aspects integrate outcomes. results show successfully causes increase compounded annual growth rates providing hassle-free funds smaller innovative suggests extension such medium small size enterprises well.
