Teachers’ difficulties in implementing classroom action research: Experiences of elementary school teachers

چکیده

The objective of our study was to examine the understandings elementary school teachers who implemented classroom action research (CAR) in their professional life. A phenomenological approach employed this explore teachers’ understanding CAR views and uncover difficulties they experienced when implementing it. We collected data from interviews with 12 public teachers. results show that comprehend benefits CAR, namely enhancing quality learning developing careers. However, still experience CAR. Inadequate acquisition knowledge about substantial components weak teacher self-management insufficient resources are hindering factors preventing life..
