Technology content assessment for Indonesia-cable based tsunameter development strategy using technometrics model

This research aims to calculate the value of Technology Contribution Coefficient (TCC) and determine priority technology component improvement in development Indonesia-Cable Based Tsunameter (INA-CBT) Tsunami Early Warning System (TEWS) conducted by National Research Innovation Agency (BRIN) Center for Electronics (RCE). In this study, Technometrics model is used contribution components TCC, while Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) intensity components. The results showed that TCC RCE 0.55 (Good). With state-of-the-art 1, still has opportunity make improvements, especially on Infoware with lowest value, increase TCC. calculating intensity, obtained highest score 0.447 compared other compo­nents, therefore needs be prioritized so it expected management can quality accuracy engineering design simulation stage because a critical point INA-CBT.
