Telework Systematic Model Design for the Future of Work

The practice and popularity of telework has expanded significantly in the past few years, mostly due to COVID-19 pandemic. As a critical factor contributing business resilience, new work model challenged companies figure out innovative ways address contemporary organizational employee needs. To this gap, study approaches concept from broader perspective, integrating inputs, outputs outcomes an analytical framework. Drawing data collected based on interviews questionnaires addressed professionals service industry who experienced telework, frequency analysis, discourse analysis chi-square test were used synthesize findings. Results show that resource availability professional relationships represent basic factors, while technology may be more than facilitator. Moreover, knowledge exchange, work–life balance isolation are factors emerging virtual environment influence goals achievement.
