چکیده
A finite element microstructure model with permeability tensors that considers crystallographic texture and grain size based on magnetic domain theory has been developed for the evaluation of anisotropy in polycrystalline steels. The proved capable capturing texture, vector induction effects effective behaviours typical textures predicted properties as a function field direction enables quantitative characterisation anisotropy. maps can serve visual indication from values. These features have experimentally validated against commercial oriented electrical steel featuring strong

متن کاملEFFECT OF FINISH ROLLING TEMPERATURE ON MICROSTRUCTURE,TEXTURE AND PLANAR ANISOTROPY IN ALUMINUM ALLOY AA3004 SHEETS
AA3004 alloy is widely used in can making. The major concern in the production of canbodies is earing, which develop by high planar anisotropy of rolled sheet. Balance ofrecrystallisation and rolling textures together with a uniform and fine grain microstructure canminimize the earing. The effects of finish rolling temperature (FRT) on planar anisotropy, microstructure, texture development and m...

متن کاملA virtual environment for the interrogation of 3D polycrystalline microstructure including grain size effects
A finite element analysis of the large deformation of three-dimensional polycrystals is presented using pixel-based finite elements as well as finite elements conforming with grain boundaries. The macroscopic response is obtained through volumeaveraging laws. A constitutive framework for elasto-viscoplastic response of single crystals is utilized along with a fully-implicit Lagrangian finite el...
