Test and Evaluation of the Flexural Properties of Reinforced Concrete Beams with 100% Recycled Coarse Aggregate and Manufactured Sand

Although studies have been performed on the recycled aggregate made of waste concrete for production new concrete, with 100% coarse and manufactured sand (abbreviated as RAMC) still needs to be researched structural applications. In this paper, an experimental study was seven groups, including fourteen reinforced RAMC beams under simply supported four-point loading test, considering factors strength reinforcement ratio longitudinal tensile rebars. Based test results, cracking resistance, bearing capacity, crack width, flexural stiffness mid-span deflection in bending are discussed examined by using formulas conventional beams. Results show that obvious effect present, while less so RAMC. With comparison predicted values beams, decreased resistance about 20%, increased width 15% 10%, although same capacity can reached. The results directly relate lower which should further improved.
