The Antibacterial Activity of the Biosynthesized Copper Oxide Nanoparticles by Lantana camara Flowers Extract Against Some Bacterial Isolated from Burns

The study included 70 Surface swabs collected from patients in different ages of both genders suffering burns infections. All the specimens were diagnosed by subculturing differential and selective media, microscopically following biochemical tests to confirm identifications. Antibiotic susceptibility test was done all bacterial isolates.The identification clinical isolates showed that 16(22.9%) belonged Staphylococcus aureus 6(8.6%) epidermidis , whereas 23(32.8%),20(28.6%) for Pseudomonas aeruginosa ,Acinetobacter baumannii respectively. Copper oxide nanoparticles biosynthesized Lantana camara flower extracts which acted as a reducing agent copper nitrate salts, characterization metal using Ultra violate visible light Spectroscopy, Fourier transforms Infrared spectroscopy, X-ray Diffraction, Atomic Force Microscopy Field Emission Scanning Electron Microscopy. biological activity Oxide Nanoparticles screened toward three multiple drug resistance isolated agar wells diffusion method proved ability inhibit growth isolates. minimum inhibitory concentrations determined tested bacteria microdilution method.
