The contribution of perceived food consumption value on destination attractiveness and revisit intention

This study aims to examine the impact of food consumption values on attractiveness tourist destinations and revisit intentions domestic tourists visiting a culinary destination in Indonesia. The survey data was collected from 462 Indonesian visitors who visited three gastronomic regions Central Java (Jogjakarta, Solo, Semarang). Partial Least-Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) performed relationship amongst constructs. results indicate that consumer’s perceived value has significant effect intention. Moreover, tourism direct influence findings confirm potential role as development tool promote enhance when destination. suggests need stakeholders contribute local by promoting their uniqueness.
