The Effect of Business Model Innovation, Customer Trust and Commitment on SME Business Growth

Business growth includes an increase in the number of turnover and employees, which means if business grows, its sales also increase. Efforts for SMEs to develop, competitiveness needs be developed. Several factors can affect SMEs, so are required innovate models, trust, commitment customers order remain competitive with competitors out there. Due increasingly diverse consumers, people must offer quality services that consumers feel comfortable. The primary purpose this study was determine effect model innovation, customer on SME growth: a survey at Handicraft Center Bantul. population used research is UKM craft center sampling technique purposive sampling. sample amounted 100 respondents. This uses Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis using Partial Least Square (PLS) method. results indicate innovation has positive significant growth, through trust insignificant impact growth.
