The world is facing a fast global development. It requires businesses to be able compete in any developments. Companies need supported by the good Performance of employees achieve vision and mission organization. Rewards Job Satisfaction are two variables that can influence Performance. either Intrinsic Extrinsic. If both types high so as form Satisfaction, then it impact improvement employees. Based on this, this research aims analyze Extrinsic with an intervening variable. This uses quantitative approach. Data collection techniques used distributing questionnaires 52 contract division Corporate Customer Access Network at PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia, Tbk. Witel Jatim Surabaya. Sampling using census method. Mechanical testing data SEM-PLS. Results shows positively significantly related Performance, while influemce negatively not next results mediating partially relationship fully
