THE EFFECTS OF TRANSFORMATIONAL AND TRANSACTIONAL LEADERSHIP STYLES ON ORGANIZATIONAL CYNICISM

چکیده
Örgütsel sinizm, çalışanların örgütleri ile ilgili olumsuz tutumlarını ifade etmektedir. Örgütlerde sinizmi engellemede liderlik kavramı büyük önem taşımaktadır. Bu sebeple, örgütlerin değişim ve yenilenme süreçlerinde, dönüşümcü etkileşimci davranışları ele alınarak örgütsel sinizme yönelik etkilerinin değerlendirilmesi amaçlanmıştır. Çalışmada, Elazığ ili bankacılık sektöründe faaliyet gösteren banka çalışanlardan kolayda örnekleme yöntemi veri toplanmıştır. Araştırma sonucunda tarzlarının her ikisinin de negatif yönde etkiledikleri tespit edilmiştir. sonuçlarından en önemlisi ise sinizm üzerinde tarzının tarzından daha etkili olmasıdır. Etkileşimci tarzı sadece duygusal azaltırken, sinizmin tüm alt boyutlarında etkiye sahip olduğu ortaya konulmuştur. Elde edilen bulgular ışığında çözüm önerileri geliştirilmeye çalışılmıştır.
