With China’s attention to the construction of ecological civilization,the reform existing environment governance system is an important way realize civilization.This paper puts forward corresponding measures for problems in protection management China from several aspects:establishing prediction system,cleverly designing economic punishment system,establishing comprehensive application mechanism scientific research,and implementing the”no regret”ecological policy.
