The Evaluation of a Persuasive Learning Tool using Think-Aloud Protocol

e-Learning has become a platform for students to gain and expand their knowledge through mobile applications or web-based systems. Even though e-learning systems usually aim facilitate students' understanding of the subject, some fail convey underlying learning outcomes. These circumstances emerge as most methods tools attract engage in studies continuously. Therefore, overcome problem, Persuasive Learning Objects Technologies (PLOT) model comprises persuasive design elements online learning, is developed. A statistical analysis assistant system called TemanKajianKu (Study Buddy) been developed based on PLOT assist identifying correct approach conduct analyze experiment. This paper aims evaluate users’ experience examine effectiveness system. Ten participants were involved interviews using Think-Aloud protocol method. The study results showed that conveyed positive opinions by giving good feedback design. Most also stated could help them make decisions utilizing such reduction, social signal, tunnelling, tailoring, self-monitoring. concludes Tool effective helping develop an application helps decision-making concerning studies.
