The Implementation Management of Inclusive Education Programs at SDN 002 Pulau Palas, Tembilahan Hulu, Indragiri Hilir Regency

The purpose of this study was to analyze the implementation Inclusive Education Management at SD Negeri 002 Pulau Palas, including: 1) planning, 2) implementation, 3) evaluation, and 4) Supporting inhibiting factors for education management Students with Special Needs (SwSN) Palas. method used in is a qualitative descriptive method. It conducted subjects included: 1 principal, class teacher, special assistant student's parent, hhich August 2022. Data were collected through observation, interviews, document review techniques. After gathering data, researchers analyzed them qualitatively. research results on inclusive Palas which are currently running accordance regulations planning curriculum that contains vision mission uses K-13 by modifying lesson plans, materials, learning media, evaluation groups have SwSN according their disabilities. SDN 2022 there 24 students details children needs schools still implementing programs, schools, financial assistance from central government, teachers consistently carry out duties functions, adequate media available, communication parents quite good. While lack supervisory teachers, never attended training, who do not care about lacking.
