Daily eating behaviour is made up of habits. Eating a human health activity that includes interactions between physiological, psychological, environmental, social, cultural, and other elements. Individuals are capable attending to adjusting their patterns towards safer, more agreeable, practicable meals. behaviours, especially those related an overeating tendency, originate early in the developmental exhibit individual continuity equivalent stable personality traits. Appetitive qualities associated with increased satiety tended reduce maturation, whereas food reactivity rise. This pattern consistent steady increase risk obesity.
