This study aims to determine the effect of dimensions service quality on customer loyalty at coffee shop, with satisfaction as intervening variable. The research method used in this is a quantitative by giving questions number respondents using questionnaire form (google form). results show that responsiveness and empathy variables have direct significant influence Laju Coffee shop also proves Shop influenced satisfaction.
