Employee performance is a measure of an employee either or proficient in completing his work. This research will examine various aspects proficiency that affects the organization. The purpose this study was to determine effect physical work environment, motivation, discipline and other factors influence performance. In last two decades terminology human resources has been replaced by capital. Thus, organization’s members are no longer considered as resource, but have shifted capital assets volatility organization inseparable from role organizational realizing goals. Good affect growth development critically reviews effectively predict Finally, proposes model relationship between discipline, employees organization.
