In a company, leaders and employees are two things that interconnected with each other. Both have an impact on the both positive negative impacts. A leader plays very important role in process of increasing maintaining discipline, integrity, performance employee. also needs to determine his leadership style providing direction changes employee performance. This study aims effect transformational transactional styles discipline integrity as intervening variables. Transformational change is measured through individual consideration, inspirational motivation, intellectual stimulation. Transactional speed contingent reward, active management, passive management. Discipline by example, waskat, firmness. Integrity honesty, consistency, commitment. Performance quality work, responsibility, cooperation.
