چکیده
Polymorphic modification of iron oxide, known as ε-Fe 2 O 3 , exists only in the form nanoparticles with characteristic sizes up to several tens nanometers. Particles these exhibit a large coercive force, about 20 kOe at room temperature. In temperature range 80-150 K, magnetic transition occurs accompanied by sharp decrease force. At same time, there are significant differences behavior "large" (~20 nm) particles and ultra-small (up 6 nm). A number experimental facts indicate manifestation size effects that lead change structure sizes. addition, surface effect is also manifested for such --- contribution governed anisotropy. this paper, brief review properties carried out.
