This manuscript describes the commissioning of Mini-CAPTAIN liquid argon detector in a neutron beam at Los Alamos Neutron Science Center (LANSCE), which led to first measurement high-energy interactions argon. The consists Time Projection Chamber (TPC) with an accompanying photomultiplier tube (PMT) array sealed inside liquid-argon-filled cryostat. is constantly purified and recirculated closed-loop cycle during operation. specifications assembly subsystems overview their performance are reported.
