چکیده
Background Patients with diffuse large B cell lymphoma (DLBCL) may experience depression. Growing evidence shows that depression interacts immunity. However, the relationship between and immunity among DLBCL patients has not been investigated, despite reports indicating often suffer from Methods To accurately investigate immunity, 82 primarily diagnosed middle-aged who received standard chemotherapy were enrolled. The divided into depressed nondepressed groups according to Zung Self-rating Depression Scale (SDS) scores. Prozac was used treat until their symptoms alleviated. concentration of immunosuppressive acidic protein (IAP); percentages cluster differentiation (CD)3+, CD4+, CD8+ T lymphocytes CD56+ natural killer (NK) cells; absolute lymphocyte count (ALC); neutrophil--lymphocyte ratio (NLR) calculated at enrollment after treatment. Results A higher score on test positively associated serum IAP levels NLR, negatively ALC. NLR in significantly compared those patients. Conclusions Our results suggest for first time are closely correlated be parameters predicting

Prognostic significance of neutrophil-to-lymphocyte ratio in diffuse large B-cell lymphoma: A meta-analysis
BACKGROUND Neutrophil-to-lymphocyte ratio (NLR) has been investigated as a prognostic marker in patients with diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL); however, the results remain controversial. This study aimed to explore the association between NLR and survival outcomes and clinicopathological factors in DLBCL. METHODS Relevant studies were retrieved by searching PubMed, Embase, Web of Science...

This study aims to investigate whether neutrophil to lymphocyte ratio (NLR) is an independent predictor in newly diagnosed diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL) patients in the rituximab era. Data from newly diagnosed DLBCL patients at Nanjing Drum Tower Hospital from 2006 to 2015 were retrospectively reviewed. We used the receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curve analysis to generate the o...

Background: Diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL) is the most common type of non-Hodgkin's lymphoma (NHL), which is the most common type of lymphoma. NHL comprises a group of clinically and biologically diverse diseases, which range from indolent to aggressive clinical courses. Despite treatment advances in the last three decades with the use of combination immunotherapy, a significant fraction...

Recently, as studies on the relationship between cancer and inflammation have increased, interest in the association between the degree of inflammation associated with a tumor and the cancer prognosis has increased. Since inflammation provides biomolecular substances such as growth factors in the microenvironment surrounding the tumor, it facilitates proliferation, angiogenesis, invasion and me...

Diffuse large B-cell lymphoma is the most common type of non-Hodgkin lymphoma. MicroRNAs (miRNAs) are endogenous small RNA, which can regulate gene expression at the post-transcriptional level. MiRNA profiling has shown a great potential as novel diagnostic and prognostic biomarkers. The present study was performed at the Nemazee Teaching Hospital (Shiraz, Iran) from 2011 to 2013.The aim of thi...
