چکیده
Background: The goal of a root canal treatment is three dimensional obturation with complete seal the system. aim this study was to evaluate and compare effect two warm techniques, vertical compaction (WVC) and, carrier based technique Gutta Core (GC), versus cold lateral (CLC) single cone (SC) on push-out bond strength bioceramic sealer (Total Fill) at different levels. Materials Methods: Forty extracted maxillary first molars teeth straight round palatal mature apices were selected for study. After sectioning roots 11 mm from apex, canals prepared EDGEENDO X7 rotary system file size 20 up 40 taper 04. samples then randomly separated into four groups procedures (each group n = 10), A: obturated by WVC, B: GC, C: CLC, D: SC. Following obturation, kept in an incubator 37°C 100% humidity weeks. Three slices 2 thickness cut horizontally 2, 4.5, 7 apex each sections (apical, middle coronal). data investigated using one-way ANOVA Tukey's test significance level (p< 0.05). A digital microscope magnification 60 X used establish failure mode. Results: There significant increase following GC particularly apical third (9.48, 8.11 MPa, respectively) , compared SC CLC all levels except third, 0.05) level. cohesive mode most prevalent groups. Conclusio: BC (TotalFill) showed higher when WVC other techniques. comparable values.

Push-out bond strength of different endodontic obturation material at three different sites - In-vitro study
BACKGROUND The key to success of any root canal therapy is adequate obturation of the prepared root canal space. Root canal sealers are not dimensionally stable and might dissolve partially over a period of time. The objective of this in vitro study is to evaluate the push-out bond strength to intraradicular dentin of two endodontic obturation materials. MATERIAL AND METHODS Forty extracted s...
متن کاملMicro Push-out Bond Strength and Bioactivity Analysis of a Bioceramic Root Canal Sealer
INTRODUCTION Bioactive endodontic sealers have been developed to improve the quality of root canal obturation. EndoSequence Bioceramic (BC) Sealer is amongst calcium silicate-based materials recently developed for permanent root canal filling. The objective of this study was to evaluate the bioactivity of BC Sealer and its micro push-out bond strength to dentin compared to AH-Plus (AH) sealer. ...

OBJECTIVE This study compared the push-out bond strength of EndoSequence Root Repair Material (ERRM) and Bioaggregate (BA), new bioceramic materials, to that of mineral trioxide aggregate (MTA) after incubation in phosphate-buffered saline (PBS), a synthetic tissue fluid, for either 1 week or 2 months. MATERIALS AND METHODS One-hundred and twenty root sections were filled with ProRoot MTA, BA...

متن کاملPush-Out Bond Strength of Restorations with Bulk-Fill, Flow, and Conventional Resin Composites
The aim of this study was to evaluate the bond strengths of composite restorations made with different filler amounts and resin composites that were photoactivated using a light-emitting diode (LED). Thirty bovine incisors were selected, and a conical cavity was prepared in the facial surface of each tooth. All preparations were etched with Scotchbond Etching Gel, the Adper Scotchbond Multipurp...
