The Qualitative Approach Interview in Administration: A Guide for Researchers

ABSTRACT Context: this paper explores different ways of using qualitative approach interviews, based on the assumption that interview is not exclusively subjective or objective, but intersubjective, allowing participants to discuss and express their interpretations about social world. Objective: aim guide use interview, step by step, in research administration related areas, offering a simplified assist beginning experienced researchers. Method: due its tutorial article descriptive explanatory, interdisciplinary supported bibliographic sources. Results: theoretical considerations are made, conceptualizing essential aspects structuring, development evaluation. Also listed factors resulting from intersubjectivity inherent act researching, such as potential types dimensions preparation, possibilities asking, questions conduct meeting, analytical work, among others. Conclusion: an outcome, it suggested interviewer observe asymmetry relationship with interviewee, inevitable presence biases distortions, rigor planning investigation.
