چکیده

Background: We aimed to investigate the role of HIF-2α on chronic allograft nephropathy, which is a consequence inflammation and fibrosis. Method: The study was conducted between November 2019 January 2021, patients who had kidney biopsy in our university last two years were included study. 15 with diagnosis nephropathy proven by biopsy, an eGFR below 60 ml/dk for other reasons as non-CAN group. Also, above control Serum levels detected commercial kit using quantitative sandwich enzyme immunoassay technique. Results: higher CAN group compared groups. significantly predictive ROC analysis identifying renal transplantation CAN. sensitivity specificity 100% 76% (cut off >0.2) area under curve 0.941 (95% CI 0. 850-1.000), p < 0.001). Conclusion: may usefulness potential simple biomarkers detecting dysfunction after it can be also guide determining these treatment strategies.

Relationship between Coping and Spiritual Health in Renal Transplant Recipients

Patients with end-stage renal disease (ESRD) encounter various challenges following kidney transplantation, which should be managed appropriately. These problems can be partly controlled by considering spirituality as one of the care components. Regarding this, the aim of this study was to investigate the relationship between coping and spiritual health in the renal transplant recipients. This ...

Alloreactivity in renal transplant recipients with and without chronic allograft nephropathy.

The pathogenesis of chronic allograft nephropathy (CAN) involves both immunologic (antigen-dependent) and nonimmunologic (antigen-independent) mechanisms. In order to provide further insight into the immunologic basis of this disease, a cross-sectional analysis of cellular and humoral immunity in human renal allograft recipients with or without deteriorating renal function and biopsy proven CAN...

Relationship Between 'Immediate' Resistive Index Measurement After Renal Transplantation and Renal Allograft Outcomes.

BACKGROUND The arterial resistive index, also referred to as the resistive index (RI) or Pourcelot Index, is a measure of pulsatile blood flow. Previous studies have demonstrated the usefulness of the RI as a predictor of allograft outcomes based on RI measurement in the later stages after transplantation. However, there is little evidence of the predictive value of "immediate" RI measurement w...

Surveillance Renal Allograft Biopsy on Diagnosis of BK Virus Nephropathy in Chinese Renal Transplant Recipients

Objective: We prospectively investigated 121 renal allograft biopsy specimens performed in our center. Methods: BKVAN was diagnosed by light microscopic examination and a positive immunohistochemistry staining of anti-SV40 large T antibody in a biopsy specimen. Results: Of the 121 patients, nine were diagnosed with BKVAN (7.4%). Nine patients with BKVN classically presents as allograft dysfunct...
