The Relationship between Knowledge Sharing Behavior and Innovative Work Behavior through Innovation Self-Efficacy as Mediator

Abstract: Purpose: This study focuses on the role of innovation self-efficacy as a mediator in relationship between knowledge sharing behavior and innovative work behavior. Research methodology: research was conducted 306 students from 14 faculties who were taking second to last semester. measured using Innovative Work Behavior (IWB) scale developed by (Janssen, 2000) Knowledge Sharing (KSB) (Chen, Chen, & Kinshuk, 2009), Innovation Self-Efficacy (ISE.6) (Dungs, Sheppard, 2017) The sampling method this used non-probability with convenience technique. statistical analysis technique PROCESS through IBM SPSS version 21. Results: results showed that had partial mediating effect Limitations: limitation is mediation still so it hoped further can examine other variables have stronger influence.
