The Teaching Methodology of Pediatric Ultrasound-Guided Peripheral Vascular Access

چکیده
超音波診断装置（以下，エコー）が普及した現代では，小児の末梢血管確保はエコーで行うことが常識となりつつある．小児の血管は細い．血管が埋もれる四肢や血管壁は弾力に富む．穿刺上達のためには，シミュレーションが欠かせない．シミュレーションを通して，プローベと針の持ち方，ビームの出る場所の確認，穿刺角度の修正技術を身につける．エコーガイド下末梢血管穿刺に関しては，小児科医からの教育ニーズも高い．医師から看護師へのタスクシフトが進む中，今後は麻酔科医や小児科医に限らず看護師も教育対象となる．初学者の血管穿刺手技を上達させる方法を身につけることは，将来的に麻酔科医の生存戦略として役立つ可能性がある．
