The Use of Hydrolyzed Palm Kernel Cake After Addition by Buffalo Rumen Fluid Enzymes on Growth Performances and Relatively Organ Weight of Broilers

This study aims to utilize a sufficient amount of palm kernel cake (PKC) and buffalo rumen fluid as source enzymes improve the quality PKC that can be used in broiler feed. The was conducted two stages. first stage test level enzyme at various doses (0.0%, 0.75%, 1.5%, 2.25%, 3.0% (v/w) incubation measure dry matter (DM), organic (OM), crude fiber (CF), dissolved glucose total (DGT) contents hydrolyzed PKC. second determine usage A 288 DOC MB202 strains were randomly allocated one five treatments with four replicated cages 12 birds completely randomized design. Treatments following: 0%, 6%, 12%, 18%, 24%, 30%. variables feed consumption, body weight gain (BWG), conversion ratio (FCR), final (FBW), carcass, digestive organs weight. had significant effect on DM, CF, DGT content, while it not OM. optimum 2.25% stage. use up 18% different (P>0.05) BWG, FCR, FBW compared controls. 24% decreased FBW, but consumption did differ control.
