Theory of Planned Behaviour: Accounting Pre-Service Teacher's Intention in Knowledge Sharing

This study aimed to determine the level of knowledge sharing students Accounting Education at one universities in Central Java. research is a quantitative survey with descriptive statistical data analysis techniques. The populations this were all active Study Program 2018-2020 class, totalling 247 students. sampling technique used proportional random sample 149 collection questionnaire. measures using Knowledge Sharing Behavior Scale (KSBS) instrument from Yi indicators written contribution, organizational communication, personal interaction, and community practice. concludes that can be categorized as inferior. refers TCR result 63.49%. Lecturers learning process support create classroom atmosphere supports knowledge-sharing behaviour. Students must also aware importance behaviour achieve objectives.
