Thermal Freeze-Out Parameters and Pseudoentropy from Charged Hadron Spectra in High-Energy Collisions

چکیده
We collected the transverse momentum (mass) spectra of charged hadrons ($\pi^{-}$, $\pi^{+}$, $K^{-}$, $K^{+}$, $\overline{p}$, and $p$) produced in collisions over a center-of-mass energy range from 2.70 to 200 GeV (per nucleon pair). The modified Tsallis--Pareto-type function (the TP-like function) with average flow velocity is used describe contribution participant or constituent quarks considered hadron. experimental $\pi^{\mp}$ $K^{\mp}$ (or $\overline{p}$ are fitted by convolution two three) functions due fact that regarded as resources formation From reasonable fits spectra, thermal freeze-out parameters extracted, pseudo-entropy newly defined extracted. Some quickly change less than 7.7 GeV, slowly greater indicating variation collision mechanism at around GeV.

Hadron freeze - out conditions in high energy nuclear collisions
The purpose of the current heavy ion programs at CERN (Switzerland) and Brookhaven National Laboratory (USA) is to probe strongly interacting matter under extreme conditions, i.e. at high densities and temperatures. The central subject of these studies is the transition from the quark-gluon plasma to hadronic matter. In the early phases of ultra-relativistic heavy ion collisions, when a hot and...
متن کاملThermal hadron production in high energy collisions
It is shown that hadron abundances in high energy ee, pp and pp̄ collisions, calculated by assuming that particles originate in hadron gas fireballs at thermal and partial chemical equilibrium, are in very good agreement with the data. The freeze-out temperature of the hadron gas fireballs turns out to be nearly constant over a large center of mass energy range and not dependent on the initial c...
متن کاملHigh pT hadron spectra in high-energy heavy-ion collisions
We calculate the hadron spectra in high-energy pp, pA and AA collisions within a pQCD parton model. Analyses of experimental data show that the modification of the spectra in pA and AA as compared to that in pp collisions is consistent with multiple parton scattering scenario and is dictated by the transition from absorptive soft interaction at low pT to incoherent hard parton scattering at hig...
متن کاملStrange Hadron Resonances: Freeze-Out Probes in Heavy-Ion Collisions
Hyperon resonances are becoming an extremely useful tool allowing the study of the properties of hadronic fireballs made in heavy ion collisions. Their yield, compared to stable particles with the same quark composition, depends on hadronization conditions. The resonance’s short lifetime makes them ideal probes of the fireball chemical freeze-out mechanisms. An analysis of resonance abundance i...
متن کاملThermal Hadron Production in High Energy Heavy Ion Collisions
We provide a method to test if hadrons produced in high energy heavy ion collisions were emitted at freeze-out from an equilibrium hadron gas. Our considerations are based on an ideal gas at fixed temperature Tf , baryon number density nB, and vanishing total strangeness. The constituents of this gas are all hadron resonances up to a mass of 2 GeV; they are taken to decay according to the exper...
