This paper presents a domain-specific threat-modeling framework for the cellular mobile networks. We survey known attacks against communication and organize them into attack phases, tactical objectives, techniques. The Bhadra aims to provide structured way analyze communicate threats on level that abstracts away technical details but still provides meaningful insights adversarial behavior.
