The interface dynamics of a 3D cell immersed in extracellular matrix is investigated. We suggest generalization known 2D minimal phase field model suggested Ziebert et al. [ J. R. Soc. Interface 9 (2012) 1084–1092] for the description keratocyte motility. Our consists two coupled evolution equations order parameter and three-dimensional vector describing actin network polarization (orientation). derive closed evolutionary integro-differential equation governing cell. includes normal velocity membrane, its curvature, volume relaxation, that determined by non-equilibrium effects cytoskeleton. This can be considered as case was studied Abu Hamed Nepomnyashchy Physica D 408 (2020)].
