Time Correction of Video by GNSS Using Reciprocating Motion

چکیده

動画像は,昨今,人工知能での利活用もあいまってエンターテインメント分野のみならず,防災やインフラ維持管理などでの利活用が広がっている.一方で,一般のカメラには,GNSS受信機・アンテナがついていたとしても,1周波のものがほとんどで,撮影場所を特定し,維持管理等に利用するには精度が十分でないケースが発生する.そこで,一般的なカメラで撮影する動画像の時刻補正を2周波の低価格・小型GNSS受信機・アンテナで往復運動を利用して,動画像とGNSSから作成した波形のピークを補正の目印に補正処理する手法を開発した.1時間程度の観測・撮影において,始まりと終わりに水平なレール上で往復運動させ,その波形の回帰分析結果を適用した結果,時刻補正誤差は,0.049sとなり,先行研究と同程度を示した.また,一般走行(40km/h,60km/h)で,概略設計で求められる地図情報レベルの1/1000地形図と1/2500地形図の位置精度が担保可能なことが示された.
