Tongue tumor tissue boundary recognition method based on bioelectrical impedance spectroscopy

A fast and convenient method of recognizing the tongue tumor tissue based on bioelectrical impedance spectroscopy (BIS) is proposed. According to difference among electrical characteristics under different pathological physiological conditions, we can judge whether it pathological. This help surgeon in clinical resection cancer not only remove completely, but also retain patient’s function as much possible. In this paper, a model human squamous cell carcinoma (HSC3) xenografted <i>in situ</i> established mice. The properties normal tissue, mixed are studied by BIS technology. amplitude spectrum shows that none three tissues be distinguished well low frequency range 100–8.09 × 10<sup>5</sup> Hz due influence contact impedance, they according their high 8.09 10<sup>5</sup>–5 10<sup>6</sup> Hz. process experiment, first all, tip, middle root detected, results show values these parts similar band, so positions value excluded.
