Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional pada komitmen afektif melalui pemediasi pembelajaran organisasional level individu dan motivasi. dilakukan di salah satu rumah sakit bawah Yakkum Kota Yogyakarta. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat langsung afektif. juga motivasi berperan sebagai sebagian.
