This research is motivated by a description of the conditions in field, still weak leadership pesantren improving character santri Sukabumi district. So that focus problem this directed at kiyai's transformational santri. Various problems style depend on kiyai, if kiyai leading well using will have positive impact Assalam Islamic boarding school and Assalafiyah school, but contrary not good students, do meet expected standard. study aims to analyze find empirically about schools Assalafiyah.
