Transformational Leadership, Technology Adoption, and Public Service towards Job Competency

This research aims to predict and analyze the effects of transformational leadership, technology adoption, public service towards job competency in Indonesian National Police. is very significant for improving police officers policy due at ontological level sociological level. The problem interesting be analyzed by conducting quantitative method. Data were collected through survey questionnaires related with Police context. statistically using Partial Least Square (PLS) models employed a smart PLS application. results are: Transformational Leadership have positive effect on Job Competency, Technology Adoption has Public Service Competency. Based as per are useful practice context, need providing information stakeholders inputs making better regulation Indonesia well officials practitioners.
