Treatment of simulated printing and dyeing wastewater using ozone microbubble

Owing to its widespread and persistent usage, methylene blue (MB) is an environmental substance, mostly found in the printing dyeing industry that raises concerns environment recently by posing significant threat human life ecosystem as a whole. Thus, there need effectively manage treat wastewater from these industries before reaching available water sources. Ozonation treatment very efficient treating can be greatly improved using micro-bubble technology. Microbubble dissolution effective way improve rate of ozone mass transfer. To discover properties, method was used transfer microbubbles, which simulated wastewater. We investigated effects pH, temperature, flow, other conditions on attenuation properties microbubble solutions. Treatment (methylene blue) under various initial pH flow rates. A catalytic exhibition performed towards decolorization concentrations corresponding COD removal efficiency. Ozone depletion levels played key roles MB degradation. Under high level 11.01, 93.5%. dosage also has direct effect efficiency decolorization. Higher rates, 0.4 L/min 0.5 recorded more than 94% degradation thus efficient. Also, rates 0.3 L/min, with 7.03, 6.63 6.36 decreased 3.43, 3.49 3.44 after reaction processes clearly shows dosage, reduces considerably.
