Trochoidal milling is a well-stablished machining strategy which still allows for the introduction of new approaches. This can be applied to any kind material, although it usually associated advanced materials, such as titanium and nickel alloys. study based on adaptation feed speed tool with Ti-6Al-4V, so chip width maintained constant without modifying path geometry. A singularity in experimental stage was mill an Archimedes spiral groove instead conventional straight grooves. made possible obtain concave wall well convex one optimize amount material used. The time efficiency compared feed, slightly superior 20%, reducing wear also. These techniques require machines high mechanical kinematic performance, absence clearance between joints acceleration capacity.
