Trust estimation in peer-to-peer network using BLUE

Free-riding is a major problem in peer to networks. One of the ways resolve this by using reputation management system. Each node provides resources nodes with higher reputation, as he himself gains proportion receiver’s reputation. So, free-riding becomes non-optimal strategy there no resulting gain, and hence available over time. An efficient accurate trust estimation method system needed for effectiveness strategy. The existing methods generally do not consider uncertainties inputs. In paper, we propose new BLUE (Best Linear Unbiased Estimator) that also takes into account input variables. results show proposed method, effective achieved peer-to-peer resource sharing systems. Thus can be countered more effectively.
