The aim of current study was to determine the recycled concrete aggregate (RCA) applicability in production mixture for vibropressed rcc structure. experiments were focused especially on crushed waste material from same elements producing plant. For this type precast only some finer fractions can be implemented and “earth-moist” consistency fresh is required. series samples prepared which natural aggregates partially or totally substituted by aggregate. 0/4 RCA fraction, usually rejected ready mix technology, plays a role 0/2 sand. substitution sand fraction 20% 100% respectively. coarser 4/16 also done. standard properties elements, such as degree densification, density material, compressive splitting tensile strength water absorption capacity according relevant standards determined. parameters materials with are affected ratio In most cases results do not decline specially those reference samples, when (0/2) As one could expect, lower substitution, better test results. partial requires experimental verification; over 20%substitution 4/8, 8/16 0/16 should excluded.
