The design of mass housing is a complex process that involves the use large number components and parameters. field has unavoidably been changed by impact digitalization, which resulted in proliferation computational models, data structures, artificial intelligence, an algorithmic way thinking. Artificial neural networks, space syntax methodologies, predefined rules will help shape steps schematic establish certain limitations. Within confines this research, guidelines were used to bring about geometric variances houses. Both traditional digital instruments utilized process. Methodologies based on network models techniques investigate case studies develop prototypes. model designed understand factors affecting importance percentages parameters determined according outputs model. Besides, methodologies have had significant impact, both decision-making processes feedback-based design. In study, several tools analyze such as visibility graph analyzes, node-based techniques, isovist analysis. section devoted conclusion, comparison various prototypes obtained, findings analysis, stages development are discussed.
