چکیده

Abstract Antibiotic resistance of pathogens is a serious issue that affects health. The airborne particle molecules such as (PM 2.5 , PM 10 ) spread by dust storms can increase the antibiotic in bacterial community. In this study air samples were collected and air-borne bacteria cultured on specific growth media portable sampler device (SAS). Sixty plates used through atmospheric which included three periods 24/5/2022,13/6/2022 3/7/2022. isolates was detected VITEK2. Bacterial whole DNA extracted genes against most resisted antibiotics pre-designed primers using gel electrophoresis method. results showed homogenous high concentrations both PM2.5 PM10 storm just like Saudi Arabia. greatest numbers collecting 45 60 (75%) E. coli 36 (60%) Staphylococcus epidermis 15 (25%) Sphingomonas paucimobilis total diagnosed morphological characteristics VITEK2 system. sensitivity test (AST) done VITIK2 multidrug resistant for epidermis, strains, mainly erythromycin tertacycline. genetic studies illustrated presence gene fragments ermA tetK within nucleic acid, are considered potent (ARGs genes). conclusion, towards elevated strongly relation with expression ARGs associated huge amounts particles occurred Iraq, very harmful human other living forms earth.

Development of a strategic plan through SWOT analysis to control traffic-borne air pollutants using CALINE4 model

Traffic is one of the main sources of air pollution in metropolitan areas. With development of transportation system, inappropriate vehicle production, and the use of low-quality fuels, increased pollution in these areas is inevitable. The current study tries to determine PM2.5, PM10, NO2, and CO emission dispersion, caused by traffic, using CALINE4 software. Ac...

automatic verification of authentication protocols using genetic programming

implicit and unobserved errors and vulnerabilities issues usually arise in cryptographic protocols and especially in authentication protocols. this may enable an attacker to make serious damages to the desired system, such as having the access to or changing secret documents, interfering in bank transactions, having access to users’ accounts, or may be having the control all over the syste...

Modern Methods for Air Pollution

The monitoring of basic pollutants (sulphur oxides, nitrogen oxides, carbon monoxide, oxidants, hydrocarbons and particulate matter) to determine the air quality of a certain area is described. The performance of air monitoring by static, mechanized or automatic devices in point sensors and by remote and long-path sensors is discussed and further possibilities forecast. The evaluation of the st...

the tragedy of modern man in arthur millers world

what miller wants is a theatre of heightened consciousness. he speaks of two passions in a man, the passion to "feel" and the passion "know". he belives that we can have more of the latter. he says: drama is akin to the other inventions of man in that it ought to help us know more and not merely to spend our feelings. the writing of the crucible shows us that he is trying to give more heightene...
