Vertical Greenery as Natural Tool for Improving Energy Efficiency of Buildings

The European Construction Sector Observatory outlined that green building envelopes as roofs and walls contribute to the reduction of energy demand CO2 emissions due air conditioning in summer periods, mitigation heat islands urban areas. For this reason, understanding about contribution greening infrastructures on buildings sustainable use for is urgent. This paper focuses analysis a vertical surface provided with Parthenocissus quinquefolia (L.)
