Virtual inertia based hierarchical control scheme for distributed generations considering communication delay

چکیده
The virtual inertia technology of DGs (Distributed Generations) can provide and damping support for the power system by imitating traditional synchronous machine. However, inherent delay problems around communication process links control will make an impact on fast effect. In this paper, based hierarchical scheme considering distributed generations integration systems is proposed. architecture including PQ primary secondary method which realize optimal utilization certain frequency under situation signal at same time. Firstly, basic corresponding small modeling are presented. Then to enhance ability generation system, improved strategy designed robust passivity compensate equivalent disturbance. Finally, effectiveness verification proposed carried out with simulation cases in PSCAD platform.
