With the widespread use of modular multi-stage converters, demands on their stability are increasing. In particular, problems such as open-circuit and short-circuit faults in submodules have also attracted considerable attention from all walks life. On this basis, a machine learning-based fault self-test sub-module tracking strategy well innovative learning algorithms proposed. Starting output characteristics sub-module, harmonic components analysed, eigenvalues current system during normal operation extracted, quickly categorised, after categorisation, new support vector model is put into place for learning. The trained finally embedded top MCU integrated communication transmission module added it, which can determine item time when running reduce maintenance cost later.
