Visualization and monitoring information management of bridge structure health and safety early warning based on BIM

Bridge structure health assessment has become a research hotspot. However, the traditional methods lack unified integrated management of monitoring related information during whole life bridge, and visualization is low. This study proposes BIM-based bridge state safety warning integration method which takes Revit software as development platform integrates functional plug-ins visual into through API interface. The implementation this to create virtual sensor system, forming model, thus front-end carrier. back-end constructed based on database technology, BIM model associated with data, so that storage, viewing analysis can be carried out from platform, further improves level information. Taking project Ge Xian Bridge, Yizhou City, Guangxi Province, China an example, describes each module.
