To preserve and strengthen the health of young people, one tasks state in field healthy nutrition is development production functional food products enriched with necessary macro- microelements; supplements biologically active substances orientation higher education to increase level valeology students, introduction relevant topics subjects into educational process institutions. The article devoted problem monitoring chemicals student youth modern conditions. With help a questionnaire method determining content micro- macroelements daily diet, non-compliance principles rational by full-time students was revealed, which negatively affects their health. For all there deficit iodine consumption, 50.2% phosphorus, 64.7% zinc, 56.2% chromium. average calcium rations less than recommended approximately 1.7 times for girls 1 .95 men, deficiency found 97.9% magnesium 82.4%. intake Ferrum, Manganese, Selenium Copper exceeds values. study quality diets junior year showed that majority have polydeficient, unbalanced diet terms macroelements, as well lack conscious attitude nutrition.
