In this study, we probe the weak lensing by a Reissner--Nordstr\"{o}m black hole corrected bounce parameter in plasma and dark matter mediums. For this, optical geometry Gibbons--Werner approach are utilized to obtain bending angle field limitations. We examine that impact of these mediums increases hole's angle. addition, graphically study deflection light with respect directly affects Further, compute Hawking radiation via topological method involving two invariants verify our obtained result standard calculating temperature. greybody factor's bound hole. Moreover, analyze observe shows convergent behavior. also attained results reduce Schwarzschild holes reducing parameters. Finally, how affected shadow radius compared it produced if is immersed plasma. It revealed rate at which changes $r$ easily tends zero under effect parameter, while merely radius.
