چکیده
KardiovaskulĂĄrnĂ onemocnÄnĂ jsou celosvÄtovÄ nejÄastÄjĹĄĂ pĹĂÄinou Ăşmrtnosti. ArteriĂĄlnĂ hypertenze patĹĂ k ovlivnitelnĂ˝m rizikovĂ˝m faktorĹŻm aterosklerĂłzy a jejĂ ÄasnĂĄ lĂŠÄebnĂĄ intervence vĂ˝znamnÄ sniĹžuje kardiovaskulĂĄrnĂ morbiditu mortalitu. LĂŠÄbu musĂme pĹizpĹŻsobit jednotlivĂŠmu pacientovi na mĂru dle zĂĄvaĹžnosti jeho kardiovaskulĂĄrnĂmu i metabolickĂŠmu rizikovĂŠmu profilu. FixnĂ kombinace mĂĄ Ĺadu vĂ˝hod od lepĹĄĂho rychlejĹĄĂho dosaĹženĂ cĂlovĂ˝ch hodnot krevnĂho tlaku pĹes menĹĄĂ mnoĹžstvĂ neŞådoucĂch ĂşÄinkĹŻ aĹž po zlepĹĄenĂ adherence lĂŠÄbÄ. Kombinace beta-blokĂĄtoru (bisoprololu) inhibitoru angiotenzin konvertujĂcĂho enzymu (perindoprilu) komplementĂĄrnĂ ĂşÄinky sympatickĂ˝ nervovĂ˝ systĂŠm osu renin-angiotenzin-aldosteron. tÄchto lĂŠkĹŻ ĂşÄinnÄ krevnĂ tlak tepovou frekvenci, coĹž zlepĹĄuje prognĂłzu vybranĂ˝ch nemocnĂ˝ch. ÄlĂĄnek je vÄnovĂĄn indikacĂm u pacientĹŻ jak v lĂŠÄbÄ nekomplikovanĂŠ hypertenze, tak sekundĂĄrnĂ prevenci s ischemickou chorobou srdeÄnĂ.
